    Back in the 90s knew of an outfitter that topped a fir about 20m-25m and put a tower on top so they could reach town with radio and radiotel. Should have taken a photo.
    I live by a riparian zone so no towers but a wind storm snapped a cedar about 10m up. Been thinking of putting a Cushcraft A627013S on top
