Pikes Peak to Mt Sneffels – 160 Miles

Here’s a video of my contact from Mt. Sneffels with Stu W0STU on Pikes Peak during the Colorado 14er Event. The QSO was made on 2M FM with 5W of transmit power on both ends.

    Great job guys,

    You did very well there. Never thought of using my arrow antenna with my FT-817 or even TH-D7 and VX-8 at a mountain peak. Good idea.
