Military Morse Code Training

According to the following post, the US Air Force still trains a few individuals each year on Morse Code. Also this blog that this post is on is a cool SWL website if you are interested.

    “Morse will never fully go away as long as it remains the cheapest, most reliable way to communicate,” said Kilcrease.

    Yet they train only 10 students a year to use Morse. Hmmm, I guess the Code is just not expensive enough for the “modern” USAF!
