Another item up for sale

A shot of the unit
The Telepost LP-100A has been sitting on my desk for to long doing nothing so it's time to sell it and make some ham bucks! I built it myself and it was sent back to Telepost and Larry gave it a check over and calibrated it. For full information on the unit follow this link LP-100A

Always wanted one of those meters. Other than just sitting was there anything you didn’t like about it?

  • Mike VE3WDM:

Good afternoon Anthony,I can’t say there is anything I did not like about the meter. It’s a great unit and sure has a lot of uses but I was just not using it. I have the QRPometer along with the MFJ antenna analyzer and really the LP 100A was gathering dust.

I have one. It is the cat’s pajamas. Very nice. I like it almost as well as my P3.

Here’s some unsolicited advice: suppose in 12-18 months you decide the condo life sucks and want to live somewhere that real antennas and QRO are possible? My unsolicited advice to you is to wait… Don’t sell the LP100A until you are sure you are good for the long haul in your new QTH. The price on that thing is not going down.

Good evening Jeff, yes it’s a great piece to have in the shack. As for moving at this point this is for the long haul but again you never know?? The LP 100A went in a matter of hours so that door has shut. It sure won’t be the last time I have looked back over time and wondered what I was thinking.
Thanks for stopping by Jeff and taking the time to comment.
