There was a surprisingly high number of assertions in many of these articles that are simply wrong! For instance, a common mode choke is NOT a BALUN and most BALUNs do not prevent common mode current.
For those who are less knowledgeable or experienced, caveat emptor. Just because it’s published here (or elsewhere) doesn’t mean it’s correct. This should be obvious but I hear bad information on the air, probably more, as much as I find it on the Internet. 73, Bill, K8TE
