Have you tried Armbian? Linux for ARM devices. I use it on an old Android TV box for portable FT8 ops.

Actually Linux Mint 20.1 Ulyssa, in the Cinnamon, Mate, and Xfce flavors were all released together on 08-January-2021. The reason why this release is important is because Linux Mint 20.1 Ulyssa is a Long Term Support (LTS) version. Mint versions are always released under common Western female first names, but not this time:
