With my youngest son now licensed as of this summer (KF7IBY), it would be great to have a dual-band HT in the family. This would enable us to communicate on both VHF and UHF. The HT looks like a great, durable unit.

I enjoy my VHF/220 version.
This dual band appears to be qualified for commercial use under Part 90.

Awesome site! The new HT looks and sounds promising I have heard several on echolink and some guys using them for sat’s. I am looking forward to testing one.
