The radio arrived without the microphone/speaker shown in the descriptive photo. I soon had ordered and received a suitable mike and don't need another. I recollect it cost me about $45. Programming has taken a while. The cable provided had an inappropriate connector. The adapter I purcased worked , but a pin in your cable failed and was bent over after a small amount of use and the bable needs to be replaced. Robert Kneebone
