I am by heart a tinkerer and a purist. When my Coax Switch arrived I immediately opened it up for inspection. The operation was not as smooth as my smaller 2 position MFJ -1702C. The activation on that switch is entirely different. The 1702-C also has in my opinion better isolation. The soldering is poor to say the least. The center lug of two of the SO-239 joints were just barely connected. I am not sure they would stand up very long to the 1500 rated watts. Overall it is a little pricey with the included shipping. I lubed it and reassembled it. I believe it will serve my expectations for many years but cost and quality could be improved considerably. I did not take any photos when I had it open.

It's a good item, it has a very solid feel and operation. I have some hassles with the way a grounding cable has to be attached but I don't think we can have it all. This is the antenna switch to buy.

Built well, and it has a lightning protector with it. Works well in the shack, You can pick the antenna you want to use, or switch to the one that works best for you.
