Advertised as built by engineer, not sure if that was a technical type or theory type guy. Wires on Foil sides of circuit boards had insulation melted in several places from solder iron. Globs of solder on eyelets and when I cleaned it, several chunks of Lose solder fell out. Replaced almost $100.00 in weak or bad tubes. Still trying to reverse engineer the microphone Jack wiring and figure out the high gain distorted receive audio. Another 350.00 for complete alignment and it should be in top shape. But it looks good
