I collect old amateur radio equipment being a HAM for 52 years. Collins radios were built to military specs .The 75A4 was designed for the new Single Side Band mode. These radios are continuing to be highly collectible. 73 N4VG

Doing museum quality Collins Radio restorations, I occasionally encounter an original tuning knob which cannot be brought back to pristine appearance. This main tuning knob is as close to original as I've seen and the finish is excellent. With a light polish and gently wax, this knob is a nice finishing touch to a museum class restoration. Excellent value as well.

You mist can't beat a Collins 75A-4 for a Ham radio receiver. Easy to work on, all parts easily found. Just needed a recap and you're on the air! So good I bought two!

This seller delivered the item sooner than promised. It installed as easily as an original Collins part would have, and it works very well. I'd recommend it to anyone who's re-capping a 75A4.
